Who will be my photographer?
Our company employs professional Indonesian photographers who have passed a strict selection process and work under our direct supervision. This allows us to combine international quality standards with a deep knowledge of the best local spots. We personally oversee every project to ensure the final result is 100% consistent with the Getitfeel style
Do you provide outfits, makeup, or styling services?
No, we do not provide styling or makeup services. Our goal is to capture your true individuality and who you really are. Avoiding complex, artificial looks helps keep the photos natural and makes our services more accessible without inflating the initial cost.
I don’t know how to pose. Will the photographer help me?
Absolutely! We know perfectly well that 90% of our clients are not professional models, and being nervous in front of the camera is completely normal. Our photographers are always there to help during the shoot: they will gently guide you, suggest flattering angles, and manage the process so you can fully relax. No stiff or memorized poses—only genuine emotions with our full support.
How quickly will I get my photos?
Fast delivery is our signature. You will receive all your finished photos within a maximum of 7 days after the shoot. We know how eager you are to share those beautiful vacation moments, so our process is streamlined to avoid long waiting times.
What if the weather gets bad during the shoot?
We can’t control the island’s weather, but we can handle any situation on the spot. Often, a tropical rain lasts no more than an hour—it’s easy to wait it out. Sometimes clients even happily agree to shoot in the rain, which results in incredibly dynamic and unique photos. However, if there is a storm warning or conditions make shooting absolutely impossible, we will gladly reschedule your session for another day.
How long will the photo shoot last?
Depending on the package selected, travel time before arriving at the location is not counted as the photographer’s time. During the photo shoot, all time the photographer spends with clients is considered work.
How can I book a date with you?
The shooting is considered booked only after a 50% prepayment
How do you choose photos for retouching?
Photos are selected by the photographer based on their professional taste. Don’t worry, you can always get all the unedited photos.
